11月30日，炬光科技推出高峰值功率脈沖式面光斑激光模塊AX01。該模塊隸屬汽車(chē)事業(yè)部LiDAR Tx F產(chǎn)品線，主要應(yīng)用于無(wú)人駕駛LiDAR、紅外照明、工業(yè)探測(cè)、激光測(cè)距等場(chǎng)景。目前該模塊已進(jìn)入小批量生產(chǎn)階段，可以為客戶(hù)提供樣品。

AX01采用目前業(yè)界最高峰值功率密度的車(chē)規(guī)級(jí)VCSEL激光器，擁有高峰值功率、高可靠性、低成本等顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)，集成炬光科技獨(dú)有的車(chē)規(guī)級(jí)玻璃光場(chǎng)勻化器，提供125°x20°標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光斑FOV（更多FOV可定制）和優(yōu)異的光斑均勻度，同時(shí)集成了短脈沖驅(qū)動(dòng)電源，可提供>300W @940nm 3~5ns的高功率短脈沖，特別適用于ADAS L2-L3無(wú)人駕駛dToF Flash LiDAR、工業(yè)探測(cè)等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。

炬光科技正在開(kāi)發(fā)擁有更高峰值功率和更小尺寸的升級(jí)版本AX02，預(yù)計(jì)將于2021年Q2推出。
